Collection & Use of your Data
We do not have comments or user accounts enabled on this website, therefore we do not collect any data from you that is stored on this website.
We use a contact and email management service called Constant Contact. If you fill out our newsletter signup or other forms, Constant Contact will keep data in accordance with its own policies. We will never sell or otherwise misuse the information you submit on a form.
We employ several pieces of software to help us track website visitors including Google Analytics and Clicky. That data is stored on the software companies’ servers in accordance with their guidelines.
If you use our clinic management software by signing up for an account, the collection of that data is governed by the rules set out by our clinic management software. We only use software that fulfills the very highest privacy standards.
Cookies
Your web browser may save a “cookie” on your computer that helps the site load faster in the future. We have no control over this, the way your web browser behaves is set up on your end. As stated above, we use a couple of software packages to serve newsletters and to track how many people visit our website, those software packages may communicate with your web browser to store a cookie in order to recognize you when you return. As with any similar software, there are methods you can use on your end to limit or end that tracking, such as ADblocker.
