Dr. Jo Fisher, ND

Intro

I’m Dr. Jo Fisher, a naturopathic physician specializing in hormone health, metabolic balance, mental health, and complex chronic conditions. I combine root-cause medicine with advanced, data-informed therapies to create highly personalized treatment plans that support long-term healing and resilience. I have a particular interest in the intersection of mental health, hormones, and nervous system regulation.

Philosophy & Approach

I take a root-cause, whole-person, and trauma-informed approach to care—helping you understand the deeper patterns behind your symptoms while supporting long-term health and resilience. I blend traditional naturopathic medicine with modern, data-informed therapies to create personalized, sustainable treatment plans.

My work is collaborative and empowering, grounded in listening, education, and care that aligns with your individual goals. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard.

Education & Background

I earned my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences with a minor in Health and Exercise Science from the University of California Santa Barbara. I completed the Innertrek Psilocybin Facilitator program. My background before medical school was in massage therapy, physical rehabilitation, and personal training continues to inform my integrative, whole-body approach.
