Overpayments
If for some reason you end up with an overpayment / credit on your account, you may either leave the credit on your account or have it refunded. We will honor all refunds for overpayment within 7 business days, refunded using the same method you used for payment.
Insurance overpayments are handled by the insurance company. It is illegal for us to pay you money we owe your insurance company, and we will not do it.
Refunds for services
Medical treatment is not guaranteed to alleviate your symptoms or cure you of any disease or injury. This is true of any medical modality. Whether or not a particular practitioner, modality or treatment instance helps you is the result of diverse factors, many outside of the control of the practitioner. Because of this we do not offer or imply any guarantee beyond our showing up, giving our very best during treatment, and treating you with compassion and care.
In other words, there are no refunds available for office visits or treatment rendered. This includes massage therapy, acupuncture, Chinese herbal consults, esthetics treatments and Naturopathic medicine consults. This includes if you pay by cash, by insurance, by gift certificate or through any other means.
Refunds for products
If you buy an herbal formula, Naturopathic supplement, topical or Eminence organics skincare product and believe that it is expired or spoiled in some way, please contact us to discuss within 14 days of purchase and we will discuss possibilities. In general, if it is within 14 days and clearly a manufacturer error, we will process the refund as quickly as we can.
However, like with services, your herbal formula or other supplement is not guaranteed to alleviate your symptoms any more than any other medical intervention would be. We do not offer refunds or returns for dissatisfaction with performance, or buyer’s remorse.
